 All labour, disposal and overhead is covered for 1 full year (12 months from the day of completion) all jobs offered through DJMcGregor Landscape Inc. Subject to certain restrictions.

What's covered?

• Masonry - Patio drainage (pooling, regrading), Shaky step/pavers, Polymeric sand and mortar cracking (2 years of labour, disposal and overhead)
• Landscape design - filter fabric, edging alignment, perennial plants (1 replacement per specimen -  excluding Evergreen shrubs and trees),
• Carpentry - Anything related to installation. (2 years of labour, disposal and overhead)

What's not? 

• Specialty jobs (custom waterfalls, water features of any kind), Anything installed without my personal recommended material (unless it performs equal or better), and      lastly, any material purchased or provided by client. 
• Cracked, warped or weathered wood. 
• Addition mulch or aggregate once the transaction has been complete. 

Partial coverage with certain restrictions

• Evergreen shrubs and tree replacement - Material not included. Labour, disposal and overhead is included for one (1) replacement per specimen.
• Sodding replacement - 1 rolls at 10sq ft is included for every 100 sq ft of area needing      replacement without irrigation. 3 rolls at 30sq ft is included for every 100 sq ft of area needing replacement with irrigation.

Extended 2 year warranty - Price is calculated based on quotation

Extended 2 year warranty - Tree and shrub. Each tree or shrub is insured and will be replaced up to two (2) times, with new soil, transplanting treatment and 2 annual inspections per season. Price is calculated based on wholesale cost and size of specimen.
